What a difference! WOW!Now instead of the yellow dingy and not very powerful OEM halogens that let me see maybe 6 feet behind my car, now I can see all the way down the long driveway and even onto the fence about 50 feet away!Wow is all I can say. Turn night into day. These are truly plug and play on this car, no flicker or CAN-BUS error messages, no adapter/resistor or anything like that was needed ('13 Accord). Easy as replacing a lightbulb. So easy to install! Just pop the trunk, pull out the plastic clips in each corner of the lid. Twist out the bulb housing, then remove the old halogen bulb by pulling it straight out of the housing. You'll reuse all the electrical connections - just push the led connector straight into the socket where the bulb was. Yes, it's really that easy. 5-minutes if that, the hardest part is those little plastic panel clips. Tip: Use a regular flathead screwdriver to get under the lip and pop them out.IMPORTANT: When you look at the back you'll see one set of fins in the heat sink that are straight lines (a little different from the others) these fins are perfectly in line with the led element and serve as a guide to help you align it properly - you want those fin lines to be straight up and down for the widest beam pattern = Led positioned 90-degrees from the ground.I will add that I added one of the provided o-rings to each for a tighter fit.Very happy and I highly recommend this important safety upgrade.
