Disappointed with the purchase, useless products.

You should not mess with this junk and overpay crazy money for a brand. You are waiting for low-quality wheels, studded somewhere in the basement and no warranty. In 2022, I had four-year-old tires with broken studs changed without any problems. Therefore, when I bought a new car, I did not even think about which winter wheels to take. But alas. The quality of the studding again turned out to be at the level of the Chinese underground. At the same time, the level of warranty service has gone downhill somewhere. In the first season, a third of the spikes broke off at the Michelin. After this winter and a total winter run of less than 20 thousand km, there were no whole spikes left at all. I went to the warranty service on Electrodnaya: the tires are intact, the tread is 6-7 mm. On 04/20/2022, at around 2:00 pm, there were two more dissatisfied customers who were arguing with Michelin representatives about the studding. Call! The next day, a warranty denial comes with a very strange wording: tires without studs are suitable for further use, their absence does not affect the consumer qualities of rubber in any way. We advise you to take a break. Guys from Bibendium! Ay! Why are you selling expensive studded tires if your studding does not affect anything? Why are you spending money on ads in Auto Review and Driving, saying that you have "smart" studs? Breaking off, they commit suicide? Is it normal that all the spikes broke off after 20 thousand km? I didn't have that on my Viatti. Well, the advice is to run in winter tires at the end of April . khe-khe. On

Pros
  • grip on ice, low noise, rowing well
Cons
  • 1. the quality of the studding: for 3 winters, all the studs on all wheels flew out or broke off. 2. Michelin's warranty obligations are now only in words.
