Passes Blu-ray Drive Test Well

I'm usually a bit skeptical when I buy certain things, especially when it comes to Apple products. Because Apple is quite restrictive, it can be difficult to find quality compatible products. After looking at a few Blu-Ray drives and being frustrated by the many conflicting reviews, I decided to stick with this one. While there aren't many reviews, the positive reviews and good reviews from a few other MacBook users gave me confidence. I was able to burn files to Blu-ray discs with the floppy drive without any problems. Some people recommend buying Mac recording software, but if you're just interested in basic recordings without a lot of features, Finder might do the trick. Also, as mentioned by other reviews, you need third-party software to play Blu-Ray discs. It is semi-rigid and lightly padded so it offers good protection when storing the device. The USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter is also a nice addition as it eliminates the need to purchase a separate adapter to use with the device. All in all, this is a very good device and I can only recommend it. If I had to pick one downside it would be that the cable is hard to pull out when tucked in the designated corner, but that's really a minor downside and you don't have to worry about letting the cable out or if You do not need a USB 3.0 adapter
