Review on Fiskars X25 Splitting Axe: 28-Inch Length for Superior Splitting Power by Micha Osiski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent product, the best quality.

I used it for a couple of months and was pleasantly surprised, it cuts like clockwork, you don’t have to make much effort, it almost never gets stuck in a tree. If you don’t cut the bough, the ax simply squeezes itself out of the tree, it cuts the oak, the bough is cut hard, breaks, but lends itself. The metal is hard-hot, I think it can break off if you hit a stone or metal (you need to chop on a block). From the felling of the oak, it did not dull at all. And with him we must try to strictly observe the safety rules, he cuts very easily.

Really cool cleaver, light handle only 300g. If the chocks are without knots, it pricks almost by itself

Some pros: A very cool ax ! Damp pine is chopped with a bang. Has some cons: The price and the fact that there was no sharpener in the kit.
