I like how easy it was able set up, It's great customer service at no cost after we had so many problems trying other options as well! We are currently looking into creating more reports for our customers but all in one place which would be amazing if this could happen without having an actual developer out there working full time just making sure everything gets added properly or updated when needed!! This really helped us keep track of what each person did within different departments throughout companies and projects etc..
