
I like that it is so easy to put information in, but also have access when needed! They are constantly upgrading their software (which i love), they seem very interested with what we ask of them too add features or change things around as need be - even if its just small changes/updates!! We use this at work now a little differently than how my husband uses his own dental clinic system where he does all billing himself through an online service called billerly which has been great since no one else ever looks over our bills haha.

It makes everything easier because there's always someone available who can help me get any questions answered quickly without having to wait days between getting answers from support staff via email sometimes etc., not sure whats wrong exactly here..it could probably benefit by going upmarket again maybe?
