I got worried at first when I installed the device and needed to install and run some server management software on my local computer. To me, the whole point of a network print server is to get something offline and offline. The product often freezes and needs to be restarted (unplug the power cord and plug it back in). When it works, it's a lot slower than my last print server. I'm considering giving up this product and buying the Linksys EPSX3, which I actually wanted except it's a lot more expensive.
