Tool kit goes well with socket sets

I received this tool kit about 6 months ago and it was sitting in a suitcase in my garage. Yesterday (05/26/2019) I opened the case and noticed that all the drill bits and socket wrenches are covered with rust. Ratchets and bushings are not rusty. They seem to be the only tools in the business worth anything. The old adage, you get what you pay for. By the way, you can take rusty tools and put them in a tupperware plastic container, put rusty tools in it with kitchen vinegar and leave it. No rust after a few days.
