This hook is expensive but worth it! I was knitting a king size blanket and my wrist was killing me! I switched to this needle, I can knit all day with no problems. I've knitted a total of 6-8 hours a day for several days with no pain. I never thought the hook would make such an improvement. I hold the hook in my knife handle and it's very soft and comfortable. The metal is incredibly smooth, the thread just slides off. I've already asked for a birthday set and if I don't get it I'm planning to buy it myself. I love this hook. UPDATE: So I finished my king size quilt after spending over a hundred hours on it and I still love this crochet hook. I just needed a hook to fall in love and buy a set. I can't say enough good things about them and I encourage everyone to try one of them.
