This K&N woke up my Envoy. It's always been a bouncing truck, but now it takes off as soon as you step on the gas. Throttle response is immediate, accompanied by a roar. Plus, you no longer have to press the accelerator all the way down to downshift. Now it downshifts slightly, maybe too much for my liking. This is really noticeable when entering the freeway at 40-70 mph. He's in a hurry. My only complaint is that I expected better gas mileage from this setup, but that wasn't the case at all. I actually got 1mpg worse, but it's probably my fault because I can't stop driving it like I stole it. K&N doesn't advertise gas mileage with this shot anyway, so I gave it 5 stars anyway. Keep it up K&N. I have been using your products for 23 years and will continue to do so.
