2 YEAR UPDATE -- This starter is perfect for the 2013 Sonata. But it's a cheap product, didn't even last 2 years (25,000 miles) and broke. Replacing a starter on a 2011-2014 Sonata is a PITA (if you've done it, you get the idea), not something you'll want to do again in 2 years. So don't be a cheapskate like me and just spend about $30 more and buy a Mando brand factory starter that lasted 6 years and almost 130,000 miles. I just replaced that Chinese junk with a Korean made Mando starter which will most likely outlive the car.
