Difficult to install/lack of clear instructions
Was difficult to install. The instructions (or lack thereof) were not clear. I had to wait a month for them to install it. I wish everyone I met if they knew how to install. It came with screws, I didn't want to put a hole in the new Benz. I want to use the existing brackets in the 4 corners of the car.
