Nice and fun idea. But a few tips. Carefully and quickly remove the plastic tab from inside the back cover. This requires a lot more thread than you might think as the cover is very thick so make sure you have enough before you start. And if you have a lot of thread I would recommend using 3 threads instead of 2. This will make it lighter as less of the brown coating shows through the stitches. Also, be careful with your needles. Mine snapped when I was threading the end of the thread under the stitches to tie it off. The book is so heavy and inflexible that working with it is completely different.
