Not only is the yoga strap of excellent quality, the instruction e-book is super helpful! I am a beginner and while a friend recommended that I purchase a strap, I was not at all sure how to use it. The instruction e-book showed me how to safely use the strap, with great diagrams and descriptions. I am super happy with this purchase!
- I needed a longer strap as I am tall, and the 8 foot was perfect
- The strap may not provide enough support for users with chronic pain or injuries
