Review on FrameworkECM by Ron Patel

It's easy for users with no technical knowledge or experience, even those who are not familiar at all computer software like me! I can use it without any problems since i'm using my own laptop as well (no need of special equipment).

The only thing that could be improved would perhaps include some more options when creating new contacts/emails; however this has nothing negative about its usability overall so far - just minor suggestions which may help improve future versions if needed :) Definitely recommend everyone try out frameworkecm first before deciding whether you want something else instead because there really isn't anything bad from what we've seen yet after having used 2 months now..
