Great product, poor handling/testing by MFR
These equalizers work great. Their unique design allows you to lay tiles on the floor and align them with any tile spacer and then level them. Follow MFR's instructions for removing the aligners before they dry or you will damage them during removal. My only issue with them is that 25% were damaged (bent) when I received them. There was no evidence of damage to the Amazon packaging, so I assume the damage is due to the manufacturer (poor sorting/handling).
