WorkFlow Management and Email Notifications

The ability to create workflows is very valuable, but not many other features are stand out in this product at least for now as far I can see it's still growing/evolving so its hard right know what exactly you should be looking forward too here! Try different modules that might interest or apply your needs first before deciding about buying them - there will always something more relevant than others around if they really have nothing else like "workflow management" then maybe look into some of those products listed below? Automate help desk tickets from multiple sources with one ticketing systemHelpdesk software helps us track all our customer service requests (both internal & external) within minutes which makes life easier when we need someone’s attention ASAP! This allows me also send automated emails reminders / notifications after each new incoming request made by my customers via email address provided during signup.
