This is a good product compared to the competition. Mine arrived in a box, which was a bit large and allowed for the components to slam into each other (tensioner and idler wheel slammed into the large box, no packaging to protect). A light touch up with a stone may be required to ensure the resulting burrs and sharp edges do not damage the serpentine band.
