I bought a new to old 32mm tool adapter because I recently bought a Dyson V6 cordless vacuum. It came with a few attachments, but I liked the small but powerful pet grooming tool from my old vacuum that I still have, the Hoover Vertical Wind Tunnel. The pet tool is key to removing pet hair from my sofa, and while the V6 attachments are great for many other household tasks, they did a terrible job removing pet hair stuck to a microfiber sofa. When I tried to install the vacuum part on the Dyson end they weren't the same size. I tried taping them together with a toilet paper roll - no wonder it didn't work. I kept my old vacuum just for the pet brush but it got silly keeping two vacuums. So I turned to Revain and found this adapter. I wasn't sure if this adapter would work because the description was really hard to understand and I didn't know if the old Dyson attachments were a different size than my Hoover. I took a chance because the price is modest (certainly more modest than the new Dyson brand pet head!). It arrived a few days ago before work, and I eagerly ripped open the packaging to see if it would fit my Dyson V6 properly - and if my Hoover mount would fit on the other end. Can you imagine being *worried* about a vacuum nozzle? The adapter fits perfectly on the Dyson V6. My Hoover nozzle fits perfectly. The color of the adapter matches my V6 perfectly and I never knew it was OEM. Now I can finally give away my vacuum cleaner (minus a pet!).
