I love how easy it is to use this software system because of all its great functions that help us keep our office running smoothly without any problems which includes patient scheduling, payments etc., This computer program has helped my dental business by keeping track with everything we need to do as an organization or clinic. It's also very helpful when searching through patients' information since you can easily find what doctor they're seeing at another location if needed. The only thing i dislike about using this application so far was not being able to send out appointment reminder texts via SMS but now there seems to be changes coming soon where users will receive their messages from them rather than just having access to voicemail numbers. My experience working within an outpatient care setting have been extremely positive thus far however would recommend anyone considering switching over should try before making decisions regarding other products used during day-to-day operations. Patient schedule tracking including appointments made, payment transactions completed/incomplete along side financial reports such as bank balances I like the ability to access the software from my phone and it's very easy to use. I like that it is an all-in-one solution. I wish there was a way to have a separate file for each patient, but it is easy to switch between patients. I also like that the software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I have found that it is easy to use and we are very happy with the software.
