This flashlight has many advantages. It is well assembled with quality parts. It is durable and totally waterproof. The suction cup provides a very strong fit that lasts up to 12 hours in rain and heat. It has an easy to use on/off switch. It has both vertical and horizontal mounting (moving the suction cup). The battery compartment and flashlight compartment are watertight with a thick rubber O-ring that compresses tightly when the two main parts are firmly connected. Unfortunately, when testing the lantern at night, it was noticed that the green part of the lantern cover was completely unable to produce a green glow. Regardless of the distance, the light shines red and white instead of red and green when switched on. What good is a nose light that doesn't glow red and green?
