I took the box and put it on the table and the humidity dropped to 10% with nothing inside but bags. Then I put two coils (one just unwrapped and the other two weeks ago but always kept in a desiccant zip) in the box and it didn't go below 18%. Within an hour the temperature returned to 10%. I think this combination works well. Bowden tubes are good but I was worried that if I plugged them in I would break the unit I don't know how to get the extra part. Also, you should use two short lengths of second bowden cable with a 2mm ID and 4mm OD as plugs on the other open end, which works well when converting a 4mm elbow into a 6mm elbow insert and pull the thread through the inner 2mm hole. Big Tip: The filament coming out of the spool has a natural bending instinct, just like the Polybox Bowden tube. When these curves are opposite, the thread tries to twist and push against the inner walls of the bowden cable. This can cause a lot of friction when pulling the thread. Try to balance the natural direction of the kinks by positioning the box and hoses so they don't kink or twist in relation to one another. Overall I'm very happy with it and can say that with these mods it holds two spools of filament at 10% humidity which is better than trying to make one of them yourself.
