We have yet to find the "perfect" egg rings, but they work very well. (They're better than others we've tried.) Some eggs will seep under the rings as they cook. To minimize this, warm the rings in a pan before adding the egg. It's not perfect but seems to help and seepage is really minimal. There's a little trick to getting the eggs out of the rings. Even if they don't stick, we still spray the rings with oil to release the eggs when they're done. Cleaning is relatively easy - we remove the leftover eggs and put them in the dishwasher. No problems with the non-stick coating peeling or rusting like other rings we've had. I've had them for about 6 months and use them often. You get stars in our house! (5 stars reserved for the "perfect" egg rings.)
