I used this tool 2-3 times a day for two years before it finally broke. It didn't always work, but that's because some of these old records are very thick and hardly punched. However, still gave him a good hard move. You may also need to patch up the little drywall that ends up behind most floors anyway. All my colleagues envy him. And since mine broke, I'll buy another one.
