I like that you can use it to send out quotes for jobs in your area and have them sent right back with invoices attached if they are accepted by customer or not! It's also very easy to customize as well so there is no need to be stuck using only one template when creating new job orders. There isn't much dislike about this program other than maybe having more templates available would help but overall its pretty great. This works really good at getting my customers work done faster because we don’t waste time searching through various files trying to find what information needs filled in etc. I like how easy it is to create custom reports and that it offers many different ways of viewing data. It can be difficult at times for new users to navigate the system, especially if you are not familiar with the layout or terminology used within iCAD. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an efficient and user friendly CAD system. We use iCAD as our main CAD system, and we have found it to be very useful within the construction industry.
