Review on 🚴 Schwalbe Super-Moto Performance x Bicycle Hard Case Tire by Mark Lowery

This is a great improvement over traditional studded tyres. If you mainly ride on road/bike surfaces you will really like them. They are noticeably faster, much quieter, very comfortable and pleasant to drive. I ride maybe 10-15 miles a day so I thought it was worth it. The tire size I needed was 27.5 x 2.80, which is the size of a large cruiser. If you've been looking for road tires (smooth tread) for your mountain bike, you know they're pretty hard to come by, especially 2.8 and up. I bought some smooth Speedster profiles and they lasted less than a month and were very difficult to fit properly on the rim. But not these swallows. Pump them up and they sit lightly on the rim, omg what an easy to mount tire. Most large bike tires have this problem: it's difficult to align the high and low points when the tires are on the rim, resulting in an uneven ride if you don't seat them properly. I would buy these Schwables for that reason alone. Now I'm wondering if I should buy an extra set because you never know when they'll stop selling them.
