Review on Courtsite by Alfredo Nosrac

I love that they have an app where you can see all of your court records for free, with some limits! The customer service is very friendly and helpful when I do have questions or issues. It's great to also be able to connect my phone number directly into the system for fast communication about payments/appointments without having to wait through several steps each time. There are no downsides at this point in our experience. We're using CourtSite as part of our business process, but we aren't currently taking cases from it since there isn't anything really wrong with them yet. Our current use case for CourtSite is connecting clients who need services connected to their criminal record to make sure we don't miss any information related to their legal matters.
