Terribly disappointed with Vacmaster & Revain. I use Revain all the time, never had a complaint but this is the MOST IMPORTANT thing I have ever ordered. It was a nightmare. MOLD IS DANGEROUS! My family's health is at stake. Received the assembled unit. According to the user manual, the HEPA screw head should be tightened for safety reasons. The problem is that the screw broke off. The seller's phone number listed on Revain is incorrect. I contacted Revain straight away and they told me to contact the seller who gave me another number. I spoke to a representative who said he would get back to me. It never happened. My home was the ecological mind of the earth. I'm afraid to turn on the air conditioning, sweep or open the windows in California. The room was plastered and sealed. I'm ready to do this, but I need my vacuum to work. I also bought a few other items needed for Revain's job; approved for mold removal; 3M Remediation Remediation Respirator, DuPont Tyvek suits (6) and boot covers, brown construction paper and plastic for safety. Two weeks and no solution. I am a very scared and dissatisfied customer.
