Review on 🪚 High Quality TOMAX 10-Inch 80 Tooth TCG Aluminum and Non-Ferrous Metal Saw Blade - 5/8-Inch Arbor by David Urbanski

1. Billet 7/8” x 3”, 6061-T6 Aluminum Flat Bar2. The blade is new and I use lubricating wax to prevent chips from sticking to the surface of the cutting teeth, which is very detrimental to the cut quality and blade life3. The saw meets the Delta 10 inch standard. I have modified the stock miter fence as shown in the picture to increase the clamping surface for secure clamping and security4. I use a bar clamp (as pictured) for very safe and secure work (keep my hands off the blade). The clamp shank has been modified to allow the use of a 1/4" ratchet wrench (as shown) as the clamp is almost always too close to the saw table for effective hand tightening5. The FINISHING (as you can see ) and the squareness and squareness of the cut was excellent.6. I used only light finger pressure on the back of the bar clamp to slide the part through the cut.7. The trimmed ends were just warm to the touch.PLASTIC;Cut as a test I used a 2" x 3" x 6" long UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) plastic block with the same blade and with the same excellent results9. Can't comment on the durability of the blade as I haven't had it long enough. I CAN SAYING I AM SATISFIED WITH THE CUTTING PERFORMANCE I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN CUTTING FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ONLY SEEN A CUTTING TOOL LIKE THIS WORKING ESPECIALLY AT ITS PRICE . FANTASTIC VALUE!
