Extremely cheap and valuable.

Very good aluminum saw blade. Reasonable price and durability based on operator's experience with saw blades. As long as you let the blade cut instead of forcing them to cut, they'll last a long time. Carbide teeth are sharp and correct. I have bought several of these and will continue to do so. Many Thanks

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Protection

Is it loose or is the blade bent?

I made three cuts on a 6061 5/8 aluminum rod with a table saw - a rock solid craftsman with a beautiful early 70's cast iron table. The cuts were cleaner than I expected, but all three came out at a slight angle. To be honest I don't know if it's a wobble or just a crook of the narrow kerf blade, but either way, even taking my time with the cuts and moving as slowly as possible I still could can't get a straight cut. Luckily, this project doesn't require milled precision, but I certainly didn't

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Smooth cut suitable for power tools and hand tools

I was hesitant to purchase this blade based on other reviews. But I had no issues with blade wobble. I used mine to carve Corian countertops to make room for a larger oven. I was afraid of chipping and bought this type of blade because it was recommended. There was a perfectly even edge. I can't say anything about the durability, but I would buy it without hesitation. BTW, if you're using it to cut buttresses, use a worn chainsaw instead of a regular specialty saw, which has extra force to keep

Pros
  • This is amazing

This blade worked great!

I bought this 10" saw blade because I wanted to install aluminum handrails on my patio and didn't want to use my standard carbide blade (which is not designed to cut aluminum) . installed this on a Delta 10" miter saw. My first cut was horrible - lots of pressure and a very strong burr. Then I realized I had installed the blade the wrong way round! I flipped it over and made 100 cuts that were very clean I would recommend this blade for cutting aluminum handrails, compare the RPM of your saw to

Great for cutting aluminum battens

I was hesitant to buy this for cutting aluminum battens (Schlueter profile). If I used the bran saw I figured it would bounce instantly and give me a heart attack. My first attempt really failed, but due to a rookie mistake. I was trying to cut a small section from an 8 foot piece of aluminum at a 45 degree angle. If you have any type of aluminum kink or warp, you can experience the same thing, so make sure you precut (with a few extra inches) at a 0 degree angle. You can then trim your 45s…

Terrible. Aluminum could not be cut out of the box.

Purchased knife to cut aluminum deck railing. This material is a relatively thin-walled aluminum. My first and only cut was absolutely pathetic. It cut halfway through like garbage and then burned all the way through. I stopped many times to look at the blade during the cut trying to figure out what was wrong. Nothing from my side. He removed it from the saw as quickly as possible and returned to its rightful place; Garbage because Revain's return period has expired. Instead, I bought a…

Blade out of balance

I bought this aluminum knife for a small project I am working on. I don't cut aluminum often, so I figured a cheaper blade would work for this project. When I mounted the blade on the miter saw, I noticed vibration when the saw was running. This is because the weight of the blade is unbalanced. My other more expensive wood blades don't vibrate the saw. Imbalance is a good way to wear out the motor or motor bearings and as I don't want to ruin an expensive saw with a cheap saw blade I will be…

FANTASTIC CUTTING PERFORMANCE! Exceeds expectations! Read the details.

1. Billet 7/8” x 3”, 6061-T6 Aluminum Flat Bar2. The blade is new and I use lubricating wax to prevent chips from sticking to the surface of the cutting teeth, which is very detrimental to the cut quality and blade life3. The saw meets the Delta 10 inch standard. I have modified the stock miter fence as shown in the picture to increase the clamping surface for secure clamping and security4. I use a bar clamp (as pictured) for very safe and secure work (keep my hands off the blade). The clamp…
