Fits perfectly for my 2007 Sienna.
Fits and works great. The part you twist in the van floor to lower and raise the cable that holds your spare cable isn't the same size as my wrench, so I took an old 7/8" socket, welded a handle on top and added it to my side device. Tire changing tools. Anyway, this part definitely solved my problem.
