The dimensions are a little off, but a good value.

U-bolt frame end barely reaches 3 1/4 inches inside. will not fit a 3 1/2" wide frame tube, all other measurements seem correct. seems solid, difficult to move apart [bend] arrived a little under square, no big deal. happy with it.
