Review on Pirelli Cinturato P7 225/50 R17 94W summer by Adam Rymko ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's not a bad product, nothing extraordinary.

The reviews are conflicting, with some being harsh and others being soft. This is because there are various types of the same rubber, each with a different weight and speed index. I have a 2022 Pirelli Cinturato P7 in size 205/60 r16 92H. It is important to note that this model is not the same as other Pirelli Cinturato P7 models because they have different tires, tread patterns, and other features. Regarding ESPECIALLY MY rubber. I attended for the first two years without being aware of the problems. Excellent on both dry land and in water. Punctures from any rubbish started happening after the third year. By the fourth year, two out of four wheels had a cylindrical shape that had warped or burst into a conical shape. Although it was not conically worn out, the rubber had been distorted. Wear and tear comes next. Wear is strange. If you look at the markers, the tread margin is good, so you can ride for one or two more years. However, the drawing became bald from the ends. See image. The issue and tread pattern are both mine, despite the fact that the image is not mine. The transition points to the sidewalls were worse worn, but the tread on the working surface was still better preserved. This indicates, according to the usual explanations, inadequate pressure. However, the tires were consistently inflated as planned. Thus, this suggests a mismatch between the rubber's mass index and the rubber itself. Even pumped up at 2.4, she appears to be blown. Toyota Noah turned out to be too snotty for a minibus, yet perhaps this tire is suitable for a passenger car. Despite the index appearing to have a margin. The final straw was a puncture right where this lateral bald patch was. There is first thin, squishy, and worn-out rubber there. There is almost nothing to smolder or hold onto. The tourniquet made it easier to get home, but because of the constant motion in this area when driving, the wheel eventually breaks down. Hernias are already possible with this odd clothing. I'll alter it rather than fix it up. Rubber has good grip but is less durable as a result. After driving for 30,000 kilometers, you run the chance of getting a puncture and a hernia. A very wide margin must be added to the mass index.

Pros
  • decent grip
Cons
  • Soft, quickly wears out, and is readily perforated. I don't really trust the declared mass index; it needs to be interpreted with great caution.

Different pros: soft, quiet enough, small joints pass almost imperceptibly. Pirelli Cinturato P7 MO 205\55\16. Some cons: as a consequence of softness - not very sharp steering wheel.
