Review on Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 215/65 R16 98H all season by Stanislaw Stan Stras ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Normal product, but wanted more for the money.

I bought for pajero 4 265x65 R17, tires 20gv 2022. For those who like to drive on SUVs, it will not fit unambiguously, it is too soft. With a quiet ride over the season, wear is noticeable, and if you start driving, half, in my opinion, will be erased. At a price of 30-34 thousand, one could say normal, but at current prices for 40+ I don’t advise taking it, it’s better to save up for bridgestone.

Pros
  • Advantages only when operating in dry weather. The rubber is soft and surprisingly quiet enough. On pavement and dry dirt roads, it behaves predictably, on a solid 5 for A / T rubber. The pros end there. Tire pressure increased to 2.3 front and rear, if less, then the car chatters and behaves like on half-flat tires.
Cons
  • In the sun in the heat, the rubber becomes red, like a mangy cat. In wet weather, tin begins. Tritely leaving a robotic car wash on wet wheels, when trying to accelerate to go to an intersection, the anti-bux on the rear axle immediately works. The first time I think okay, it seemed. But at the first rain everything showed up, braking and acceleration is a disaster. When driving on rear-wheel drive, when starting from a traffic light, on small slopes, anti-bux is triggered, and on the descent, when braking, the car drags. In short, trouble. Previously, I went to Toyo A / t and bridgestone a / t did not notice such problems, despite the fact that I went without a family much more aggressively.

Rubber for crossovers, for a full-fledged frame SUV, the tread pattern is small.
