I bought these to use on my staircase project. I am using gel stain to redo my banister/railing and needed something disposable to wipe off the excess stain. I was going through too many paper towels and they weren't absorbent or soft enough, so to amazon I came searching.These are perfect. Soft, no lint, and durable and pretty absorbent. As I rub off the stain for an even coat, I can then blot the corners and junctions with whats left in the cloth. I am able to do this about 5 times/section with each half cloth (i am working in about 2 foot sections). They are a bit big, so I am cutting them in half for this project.
