The box came quickly, everything was well packed and accounted for. The box included screws and instructions for installing by drilling holes in the bed rails, but no instructions for installing without drilling. The supplied bed rail clamps do not work with my truck bed (2017 Ford F150). The inside of my truck's body rail has a lip that the clips are too small to cover. I contacted TMS with this issue and will update this review when they come back. Update #1 - TMS responded that I should seek help from a professional mechanic to install the rack and offered a $40 refund for my inconvenience. I was tempted to downgrade this rating to one star after TMS insulted my mechanical abilities, but $40 helped soften the blow, so I'll leave it where it is.
