Rugged electronics - hubs

I haven't done any performance testing yet, so I can't comment on that aspect yet. No connection problems or problems reading and writing disks. In terms of design and functionality, this is a solid hub. It has 7 USB 3.0 ports and 4 charging ports. All USB and 3 charging ports are switchable, with an always-on charging port at the end. The switches/buttons have a 2 second hold time to turn off which I think is reasonable. It would be nice if there was a master switch for all ports, but that doesn't bother us. The cables are thick, and the included power supply has a separate power cord, which is much more convenient than the "wall wart" type. The body of the device is made of metal with a glossy finish. My only complaint is that the rubber feet on the bottom are so flimsy that they don't touch anything, allowing the device to slide around. You can see how thin they are in the photos, they don't work like legs. Either put thicker feet on the bottom or make a rubberized case, which I think would look better than a glossy finish that smudges and fingerprints easily. The price is quite competitive with similar offerings at Revain.
