I have the small size which is perfect for my 5 year old. They should come for another year or so. He says up to 90 pounds but I think it depends on the child's body and can vary from child to child. My five year old weighs about 45 pounds. The set includes 2 wrists, 2 knee pads and 2 elbow pads. They come in multiple colors. I got the blue ones as they were for a boy. They are well made and protect your child from falls while cycling or skateboarding, and if your child is prone to accidents, just put them on to play outside. They are perfect for my son.
