Overall the switches work fine. They were very easy to install. The quality isn't the best though. One switch out of the bunch that was internally mis wired so that the on and off positions were swapped. I installed the switch upside down to correct it, however the dim function was then backwards. I can live with that. Not worth the hassle of a return. Also, there is a loss in brightness after the switch is installed. This was not the case fir all of them. The switches are inconsistent.

Ill start by saying customer service was quick to reply and send a replacement. Only 1 failed out of 10. Customer service was very friendly. Dimmer slider tends to stick. The lights are suppose to work with LED Lights but some of the switches cause the LEDs to flicker

Dimmer flicker a lot tried to adjust but still flickers when the dimmer is low. It’s annoying that even though we try to adjust it doesn’t work properly. We installed over 25+ dimmers in our new home probably around 10 continues to flicker even after afjustment.

I have to replace every switch in my house. I adjusted the dimmability on every switch and yet most still can not dim the bulbs without them flickering. Definitely a cheap product

Paid an electrician to install these only to find out these aren't compatible with any of the dozens of LED bulbs in our house. Complete waste of time and money.

So far installed three of ten switches and they have worked perfectly! Price is half what other dimmers cost. Like others mentioned, there is a ‘click’ sound to these but who cares?

LED light flickers so cant use it with LED lights. Now few of the dimmer stopped working after few months of usage so using it as a standard switch without dimmer. It doesn't makes sense to spend so much money on this Switch if dimmer doesn't work.

I was eager to replace my existing light switches with dimmer light switches. Having the ability to purchase a 10-pack made them affordable. They were packaged nicely, shipped quickly and were easy to install. Even came with a switch plate over for single gang install locations.

Current using this switch to dim different led types. No issues. Love the internal dial to customize the minimum brightness.

I bought these for a customer because they liked the look and style, but sadly these dimmers are not very good. There is a flicker to the bulbs when adjusting the dimmer and when adjusted to lowest stable setting they don't really dim much at all.They work great for in incandescent bulbs, but not so much for LED bulbs.Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and buy a brand name dimmer like Leviton or Lutron.

Poor quality product. Purchased 10 and only four worked without any problems. Kept switching out new switches and bulbs (and types) to find that it was the switches causing the blinking or strobe issue. Most circuits were simple single switches. The adjustment gear didn't cure the problem. Save yourself some time and buy a more reliable product. In process of replacing all of these to feel safe. Seemed like good potential.

Overall look great, great value for the money, but our lights flicker when put to the highest dimmer setting. Thanks for attention.

The price was right.reviews decent, so I decided to try it. I got a 10 pack. I'm using them only as a single switch, no 3 way switches. 7 of them work perfectly. 1 didn't dim. 1 quit working after 3 days (would no longer turn the light off). 1 gets brighter and dimmer every minute or two when it is dimmed. I would probably not buy again.

If you have ever shopped for dimmer switches at the box stores you know that they're priced anywhere from $20-50 each. With the price offered by Bestten for 10 dimmers, I was able to utilize dimmers in rooms of my new house that I wouldn't been able to do otherwise. Price was right but getting a lot of flicker even with the adjustment option inside the switch - if the dimmer is low and you switch off the light sometimes when you turn the light back on the lights won't come on unless you brighten them and then re adjust the dimming level - very annoying. I also get intermittent flickering of the lights - I have all the same recessed LED lights so I know its not the light. I tried another name brand and had no issue. Look elsewhere is my recommendation.
