Purchased for my '92 F-250 5.8L 4x4 paired with direct exhaust. Between the two the truck sounds GREAT, it feels like there is more power but I can't say there have been any MPG changes either way. That's good.

I installed this kit on my 1988 F150 with a 4.9 liter inline 6 engine. These things aren't exactly horsepower monsters, rated at just 145hp, so any extra I can get is very welcome. When I installed it, the difference was immediately noticeable. It's less prone to attempting to stall from a dead stop on takeoff.
