EASY TO USE: Use a 3/8-inch or larger drill on low (slow) speed, drill into soil or applicable landscape straight down 24 inches, and lift out of hole; 18V or greater drill recommended; For cordless drills a 14V drill minimum is recommended; Keep auger clean from soil and debris when not in use. Works great so far

I've had it for less than a week. I used it to drill about 100 holes in my garden. So far this has worked very well, although not very well with stones. We have clay soil, very wet. It digs fairly well, making drilling holes for potatoes and potted plants a quick exercise. If I go more than 2-3 inches the torque returns to the drill so you should probably hold on with both hands or it will dislocate your forearm. About 10% to 20% of the time I had to flip the drill and pull back because the…

Works well, no complaints!

I bought this to get through spring planting quickly after thinking there must be a better way than using a shovel to dig a few dozen small holes. Well there is, and that's all. What I liked: - simple design, good construction - makes holes in the dirt - saves time and effort! What I didn't like: - the drill doesn't pull as much dirt out of the hole as I thought it would. However, it doesn't matter much. Weight: This drill is heavy and very long so it feels off balance at the end of a standard…

Looks sturdy and works like a charm

We have an invisible fence where she is trained to hold back in the yard. I wanted to put up a sign at the end/beginning of the driveway that said "Slow down, dog in front of cars". So the first thing I had to do was dig a metal support for the sign into the ground. The pole should be at least 28 inches deep in the ground (just below the winter frost…
