🚀 Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer 300-560 Review

Fast delivery, the product was easy to install. I had to make some minor modifications to the K&N inlet housing to fit without hitting the top of the firewall.

I give this product two stars for the easy initial installation. But once you realize it changes the tension of your cables after installation, it's far from easy. I haven't noticed any change in performance or mpg. I have since removed the product and sold it.

Easy installation but if you have a K&N cold air intake system you will need to modify the aluminum ring on the K&N breather or it will not fit a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.9 engine. After removing the ring 1/4 inch it fits. I definitely feel better throttle response.

Although one of these is installed in my 4.0L inline 6 Jeep Wrangler, it will not fit 1994 RAM 1500 3.9L V-6, because it just doesn't fit. There isn't enough clearance between the fairing and the throttle body to accommodate an OEM air intake system (or any system) with the extra inch that the spacer takes up. Too bad, because I think it added a lot of power to the Jeep, and the Dodge V-6 could certainly use more power.

Worked perfectly, screwed on easily, didn't stretch the throttle or cruise control cables. There was no need to disable TPS or MAP sensors. A good product. I didn't need an intake lift adapter on my Dodge Ram SLT 5.9L Magnum 03. Exactly as advertised. Just installed with valance cold air and short elbows. Can't say anything about the mpg but the overall performance between the 3 is very noticeable. Installation took about 30 minutes. All you need is a flat head screwdriver and a 1/2 inch socket
