Amana Tool MR0110 Rounding Diameter Bit Review

Worked pretty well for about 3 months then the bearing failed halfway through the cut. A good choice for light use I think.

I bought this attachment specifically for removing protrusions on parts coming out of a CNC machine, but have used it on almost every project in my shop since. The small diameter creates a very attractive profile, as if you've just sanded the edge with a grinder. It's very modern, oddly reminds me of an iPhone, and all my customers have been impressed. I will be buying many more of these bits and cannot recommend them above. Must be in every router box.

This cutter makes a special cut on 5 panel cabinet doors. After installing the door, the inner edges must be loosened. The bottom of the panel is 3/8 inch deep and any other router will not work to soften the edges. The bearing touches the plate and cannot be operated. This cutter gets the job done. The distance from the start of the radius profile to the bottom of the bearing is just under 3/8 inch. I can't explain how this makes the job quick and painless. You made my day. Thank you Amana
