Everything sticks, not just eggs. The pans have never been used on high heat - the non-stick spray used on the eggs - still got stuck - everything sticks - and - each pan was discolored after a single use despite quick cleaning. I won't be returning them because they work, but I wish I hadn't bought them in the first place.

We knew we needed to replace our cookware and spent hours watching cooking shows to see which cookware was being used. It looked like good reviews. After preparing several dishes of different kinds, we couldn't be happier. Everything in this set works great. The stove rarely reaches the lowest temperature ranges and we cook everything perfectly and cleanly. In combination with our Cast Iron Lodge there is no better way to cook in my opinion!

These pots have a smaller base than standard pots and burners. Thus, it does not completely cover the surface of the burner. This leads to two problems: 1. It takes longer to cook because a lot of heat is wasted. 2. Worse, it causes the rim of the burner to overheat because it isn't covered by the pan and the stove is frequently turned off to prevent the rim from overheating. never had this problem. Just very bad design. :-/

First things first. The bottom of the pans is thick and flat. This ensures even heating and also keeps the heat very well. The stainless steel in the rest of the pot is also quite thick and will certainly stand up to some wear and tear. The handles are attached with rivets and are all attached very securely. If you have ever bought pots online you know how painful it is to receive something that is bent or not as flat as you would like. I own several of these kits. These pans are very shallow…
