Description of AMIGO AMI20014 Playin' Possum

AGES 8+ | 2-10 PLAYERS: Fun for couples and large groups!. GREAT PARTY GAME: It’s like a 10-player version of Rock, Paper, Scissors (but it’s fun for just a couple of players too). PERFECT GIFT OR TRAVEL GAME: Unique plastic trashcan serves as a sturdy storage bin. HOW TO PLAY: Select one of your three cards to play on each round: steal trash, play it safe, or accuse another player of stealing. If you choose to accuse another player of snatching garbage, and you’re right they’re out of the game. But if you’re wrong, you’re the one who gets dumped! Play multiple rounds until one player remains. The player with the most pieces of trash wins! It’s a fast, fun card game you can’t . . . refuse!. INCLUDES: 30 Linen-finish Possum Cards, 25 Linen-finish Garbage Cards, Plastic Trashcan Storage Container, Illustrated Instructions.

Fast but fun with only a few players.

The idea of the game is simple and clear. It's fine for casual play, but the first round can quickly become the last, and if you're trying to play with just two people it's very limited. Try playing it with kids and their spirits will break quickly when they get kicked out in the first round. Also, the cards are beautiful and the trash can is very funny. The latter doesn't close very well, but my kids were already betting on it when (or as soon as) the game fell out of favor. In fact, they were

A fast, fun, no-read game for 10 people!

I ordered Playin' Possum to add to our collection of games to play with 6 and 8 year olds and many older grandchildren. I have to admit that the first thing that caught my eye was the packaging. Garbage can? So funny! I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun this simple game is! And no reading is required to play, so younger kids can play too. Bonus: There are card packs that can be played by up to ten people! So the game consists of the aforementioned ten sets of three cards each, one each…

Super cute, super easy, super fun!

Playin' Possum Our 7 year old daughter loved this game when she saw it. She loved packing trash cans and recently became excited about the idea of possums after seeing one at the end of her driveway. So we found the game by accident, which meant we had to try. This is a super cute, super simple, super fun game! It's very fast - which is great since most kids games seem designed to maximize playtime AND difficulty, which isn't a good combination for today's attention spans. The game is very…

Simple, fun and fast card game for the whole family!

Playin Possum is a fun little game to add to your nightly rotation, kind of like an icebreaker to start with! Although it's a lot more fun with more people. We tried it on our family of 4 and it went too fast. My kids said it wasn't fair to play with mom because she always knows when you're up to no good. It's true I always knew when they were trying to steal! We tried it again at a dinner party and everyone loved it. Children from 6 years, teenagers, grandparents played together. It's a…

Very fast game, can play multiple rounds

In the end I liked this game more than I expected. I'm balancing at 4 stars but after checking my own rating and seeing how good it was for kids I have to bump it back up to 5 stars. I played this game with my 9 and 11 year old boys. The rules were a bit confusing for the first two rounds, but then things moved pretty quickly. The rules are pretty simple and I would compare them to a slightly more complex deck of rock, paper, scissors. You will receive 3 cards. You can accuse someone of…
