It does what it's supposed to do but the volume can be finicky

I had a graphics card with a terrible coil squeak coming through the headphone jack so I got this to get around that. I no longer have to listen to my card yelling at me, and the controls are just as good here. The only thing I don't particularly like is how weak the volume seems to be. Before that, I could run my computer at 30% volume and everything would sound like it was being played at the same volume. With this adapter I have to keep changing the volume from 20% to 100% to make everything

The USB plug is a bit wide, but otherwise cool!

I have a PS4 that I like to use with controllers without plugging the mic into the bottom of the controller. It adds unnecessary weight and gets in the way of my goal. This worked great as a medium for a plug and play mic adapter. I had to purchase a low profile USB extension cable as the USB end on this device is too wide to fully plug in. . A few unintended extras are that the audio on the controller's 3.5mm jack toggles on and off when the controller starts to die. That way you can get…

A good set for the right use.

This sound card does what it promises, turning the USB port into a headphone and microphone jack. I originally ordered this item thinking I had lost the adapter that came with the G430 headphones. However, I was able to locate the adapter the same day this adapter arrived. The good thing about this unit is that it works really well for a standard 2 channel stereo headphone jack. The ability to control the volume on the adapter is a huge plus. I didn't check the mic as I don't usually use it…

Great USB sound card for voice calls and gaming with any headset.

I have been using my ASUS Z170I Pro Gaming for several years now. The built-in "SupremeFX" audio chip is said to be noise-isolating and "pristine", but in fact it was horrendous hissing and hissing out of my headphones. This "Bengoo" USB stick has a universal 3.5mm headphone audio jack in addition to the regular 3.5mm microphone and audio jacks, allowing me to use in-ear headphones. Turning the gain down a bit to 100%, even at 100% audio in the Windows mixer, the audio quality is very crisp and

This product is still not bad. Windows 10 x64 did not require drivers to recognize and use the device. The onboard volume control allows me to find a middle ground between the OS volume setting and the headphone output so there's no noticeable hiss. The maximum volume is quite loud but not annoying, I set the device and computer to about 90% of the maximum for comfortable immersion. I haven't done any formal testing, but it seems to deliver a fairly flat frequency response across my listening…

  • Infinitely sluggish

I have not used this headset as a gaming headset so I cannot comment on that aspect. Instead, I used this to connect a mixer with wireless microphones and multiple PA speakers to a laptop for a Skype online conference. This worked very well in our application. We fed a line level signal from the audio mixer into the left (pink) microphone jack and then pulled audio from the right (green) headphone jack to control the mixer connected to the speakers. The Windows 10 laptop that was the interface…

Great price for a sound card

I bought this sound card to use with a studio microphone but decided to bypass that sound card and use a PC sound card. I've used it once since then, so it will be part of a backup plan in case the sound card fails on my desktop PC. The time I used it, it worked fine. All LED lights worked (indicating volume or volume) and the volume knob also worked. It is very easy to set up and use, plug and play and allows you to use the microphone, headphones and gaming headset. This sound card plugs into…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Long time

Decent audio output, drove Sennheiser HD280 Pro or GAME ONE (64 and 50 ohms) with no issues. As far as I can tell, this sound card has the same good sound quality as a $100 FPGA DAC I borrowed from a friend. As an added bonus, this USB sound card implements the standard USB audio class interface, so it should be supported by the latest versions of Windows, Android, Linux, etc. Works well as a recording device with some microphones, e.g. B. professional lavalier. Microphone Omni-directional…
