I bought this device to warn of a water leak in a country house. While they were easy to set up, I found that it seemed like I would have to purchase a new subscription service to get all the leak notifications. If you're not a fan of subscription services, I would suggest looking for an alternative device.

The app was easy to install and pretty basic, but the paper instructions that came with the device are useless unless you're using a big magnifying glass. I followed the instructions to connect this sensor to Smart Life and the part about holding the reset button for 5 seconds just didn't work for me. I tried double-clicking the reset button with a small pen and the sensor went into pairing mode. After that it's easy.
