🔶 Bilstein 24-014120 Front Shock Absorber for GM T-Blazer, Yellow Review

Installed on my 94s-10 Blazer 1st Gen. A bit colorful for my taste but I wanted a known good brand. It's a pain to get in/out, but I managed it myself in 45 minutes. (rusty nut)

These shocks are great and I love them. Keep in mind, as others have noted, that when mounting on a 2004 Blazer, a net may be required to install the shocks in the mounts because the cleat sleeve is too long.

I bought this as I am modifying my Jimmy and the old shocks failed. It was a recommendation and I don't regret the purchase at all! Jimmy turned with softer springing and less stock compression and noise since I switched to those front shocks. I recommend this if you want to try something different with your blazer or jimmy.

I fitted these Bilstein shocks to my 2000 S10 ZR2 and they have proven to be perfect and have made a huge difference in the handling and ride quality. My old sneakers are worn out and it's time for a new pair of them. For the price, these Bilsteins just can't be beat. They are sold as one damper so if you are trading two make sure you order two! First of all it's too early to give an overview of the ride but installation should be easy and you won't need to sand the damper as long as the mounts are ok like I do You'll have to sand the top of the shock to get it to fit. This is only because it is an old car and the brackets have been crushed from previous installations.
