good film, does not stretch as much as expected without heat

That was my first record. Based on a few videos I watched, I expected it to be a little more starchy without heating. Heating allows you to stretch it anywhere. A heat gun is a must. The videos I've seen said try not to overheat it when you don't need it and "cold stretch" when possible to avoid adhesion issues. I recommend wearing gloves so your fingers don't ruin the glue. That being said, I've found knifeless vinyl tape to be essential, especially for new paint. Be patient, watch some videos

Pros
  • Application: Dry. Adhesive: Solvent-based, repositionable, permanent adhesive. Lifespan: This vinyl is expected to easily last 5-7 years outdoors.

Ideal for table wrapping

I got a pine colored desk from a friend that didn't suit my home office. The surface of the table in question is also getting a bit old. Rather than agonize over fixing the top or looking for a replacement roof, I decided to give this one a try. I was very happy with the results. I carried a stapler to clip underneath so I wouldn't accidentally remove it every time I got up from my desk, and I bought a cheap disposable razor with snap-off tips so I could get it off. at the bottom. I'm having…

Good Stuff, Job Done

I used this material to wrap the front of a portable air conditioner. All the furniture in my basement is black or wood grain, so the white air conditioner was really out of place, it was practically glowing. I should start this review by mentioning that I've never boxed anything before. I thought about boxing my laptop a while ago, but being picky about very small details, I always felt that the boxing process would drive me crazy and I would never be happy with the end result. This AC project

  • At 3.9 mils, the film stretches to any shape and is thick enough to minimize discoloration, stretch marks and other visible imperfections while packing and riding.
