Good product. order again.

I just installed the kit on my 2016 ram. A little tricky to install but not critical. If you have a pad covering the rails, you may need to cut the holes slightly wider (cut through plastic, not metal). Note: The top plate is wider than the hole to be cut so it will hide any imperfections on the plastic liner. Time-saving tip: You can unscrew the fastening screws completely before assembly; not required, but makes it easier. It may take a bit of trial/error to ensure they are installed…

Fulfilled my warranty right away

I bought 2 sets (4 total), installed them in my 2013 Ram and they all fit with no issues. I accidentally cracked the plastic on one of the 4 bull rings during installation. I wrote to the company asking if the warranty would apply or if I would have to buy another set. Although it was my fault, the seller honored their warranty and sent a replacement free of charge within days. I would definitely buy from them again - great customer service. Also, the Bull Rings themselves work great and look…

Fantastic product! - External accessory

Great product! When I installed them on my Chevy Silverado 1500 I had no idea how comfortable they would be. No more having a loaded truck and trying to squeeze my arm to catch the factory hook in the bottom corner and thankfully I don't actually have to hook onto it. They're not just for easy connections, you can actually see that you're hooked and safe! Second, they allow you to use more belts. A few times I had to carry around larger items and when I had to hook the bottom corners my straps…

PROFESSIONALS with ONE AGAINST truck body and tailgate accessories

Great product for my 2012 F-150 XLT with factory rail caps, with factory cut outs! They work great once the installation is complete. CONS: It took too long to install the hooks according to the instructions. Does the manufacturer have to use longer screws/bolts, whatever they're called? These are strange contraptions. I would make them 1/8-1/4 inch longer. The torque required to turn Phillips screws will damage the head. How about a hex head or something for high torque? I couldn't get the…

If you have a running board. Read it!

These bull rings will come in handy and I have no doubt they can support the advertised 1000 pounds when properly installed. However, if you have a STEPSIDE truck, be very careful when towing loads! I have a 2002 GMC Sierra Stepside which means my bed panels are fiberglass. The bed rails are made of metal and have an inverted L shape connected to a fiberglass outer shell. Standard bed rails are more of an inverted U shape and provide more support on the outside edge. If you overtighten these…

Great customer service for great communication!

First of all let me say this is a great design - you'll be pulling the bed rails apart before those fasteners pop out. I've had several surface mount rings that use drywall lever anchors (they were there when I got the truck). They kept coming loose, pulling up, and some of them were almost completely broken when I took them off. I finally got them after getting fed up with them. no matter! Sturdy, tucks away well when not in use, won't rotate, if you manage to break one of these you'll…
